BCG Digital Ventures is a corporate investment and incubation firm that helps companies invent, launch, and scale the visionary businesses, products, and platforms that will propel them towards a better future. I joined the team in September 2022 as a Senior Experience Designer.

At Insight Timer, I help 20 million people practice wellbeing every day

From December 2019 to August 2022, I worked as a Senior Product Designer Design System Lead, helping build tools for meditation teachers, meditators and businesses. In a design team of two, I led projects end-to-end and worked across all squads.

and enhanced a chatbot

From Aug-Dec 2019, I worked as a contract Conversational Designer. I was responsible for crafting experiences between a chatbot and a human in the app and a website. I also scoped an analytics tool to automate manual processes and help with the planned scaling from 10,000 to 100,000 conversations per month.

Servian is a consultancy that works with top-tier clients in the technology and digital world across a variety of data-centric projects. I worked in-house and as an external consultant. Projects varied from UX/UI to conversational and service design.

At Swedbank, I helped to redesign Estonia's leading bank app

From 2017 to 2019, I worked as a Product Designer for Swedbank in Tallinn, the #1 bank in Estonia. We redesigned a native app from scratch as a part of an agile cross-functional team and created a design system. Beta launched in Sep 2018.
